The Antique stores around are cheaper. Prices are crazy. I support the cause, but they should remove thrift from their name.

This place should be ashamed of themselves....! Calling it a thrift store but charging thousands of dollars for items they got for free...and call it a thrift store just to get tax benefits. For example this, that someone really could need they want $800?!???! And they got it for FREE... BROKEN rocking chair....$125.... Will never come back and for sure never donate to this place again. Should be closed or change it to a vintage store ....

$15 for a pair of used flip flops that are $16 at Bealls outlet and $20 on Amazon, brand new.I told them up front and asked if they would reconsider the price and the guy said "Umm, we don't know."He didn't know I knew he runs the place.He was just giving me a line to not have to deal with it.I felt brushed off.If they want to help women, especially poor women, why would their shoes be SO expensive? I have a terrible time finding shoes because my feet are wide and have a high instep.So I bought them anyway. Fortunately there was a 25% sale.They were still too expensive for used flip flops.Thrift stores are taking advantage of people these days. What ashame.They get everything FOR FREE.
