Cell phone department is a joke "troc" The company's lack of professionalism and transparency is evident. They falsely claim to be affiliated with Walmart, despite having no actual connection to the store. I purchased a phone from them that was supposed to come with AT&T service, but the service did not work. When I tried to return the phone at a different Walmart, they refused to assist me due to the absence of proof of purchase. Instead, they insisted that I return the phone to the Walmart where I initially bought it, which was a four-hour drive away. I attempted to reach out to AT&T customer service for help, but they were unable to resolve the issue. Consequently, I had to make the journey back to the original Walmart, only to be told that they were unable to assist me as well. When I requested assistance from the cell phone sales company, Walmart claimed they had no means of contacting them. I had to take matters into my own hands by searching online for the company's customer service number and speaking to a helpful woman who sent an email to someone named "Brian". Meanwhile, I remained stuck in the electronics department of Walmart, waiting for a response. After an hour, I received a call from an incredibly rude individual who informed me that his employee would arrive at 11 to address my concerns. I tried explaining the situation, emphasizing that I had postponed an important surgical appointment in order to resolve the phone issue, as it was affecting the use of my paralyzed arm. However, he disregarded my concerns and instructed me to wait for his employee. In summary, this company's lack of accountability has resulted in eight hours of driving, a delayed stem cell transplant that I am personally funding, and four hours of waiting in Walmart's electronics department for "Brian".
