We offer the nation's best lifetime warranty on our window tint but this is a pretty unique situation. After window tint is installed, there is still moisture trapped between the tint and the glass. It evaporates out over the coming week. In the 26 years I have been working in this industry, I have never had a customer attempt to push out the water/moisture in the tint using a kitchen spatula (which you told us you did). We always provide everyone with instructions and simply told you to leave it alone and let it dry out over the coming week. We have photos of your back window that look perfect from the beginning and after redoing it for you a couple of times already when it truthfully was not a real warranty concern, we eventually told you we couldn't redo it again at no charge - since this is damage you caused to it - with a kitchen spatula, as you told us.
