Realized I had a flat tire early in the evening and searched for a place that could help me replace the tire that was still open after 5pm. I was desperate as I had an emergency that needed to be taken care of in Orlando. Came in to Walmart auto shop and asked the man at the front desk if they could fit me in he immediately said no because it was late in the day and his crew was already going to be working late. It was 5 PM and they closed at 7 PM. While I understand that he was unable to fit me in. It was his attitude that really disappointed me as my family shops at this store frequently. It would be one thing if he offered to fit us in the next day or gave us any additional information about the stores auto services other than no. When we asked him if there was a place nearby, he basically said it wasnt his problem, and we could drive to Palm Bay to find something. Not sure how he expected us to get to Palm Bay which is 25 miles away from their store with a flat tire, but it wouldve been great if he treated us with a little kindness and less disrespect .

Upon entering the auto center, I engaged with a young man at the register regarding the cost of replacing four tires and installing a tire pressure sensor. I specified that I would provide the products not purchased from Walmart. Unfortunately, he appeared unsure and provided a brief response: "We charge $19, but it has to be tires from Walmart. I'm not sure about scheduling; we dont do walk-ins." His uncertainty was evident, and he suggested calling back after obtaining the tires. Interestingly, my parents, having purchased their own tires elsewhere, were able to utilize Walmart's auto center services successfully. Their positive experiences led me to consider the same approach. However, during my visit, I was informed that the services required tires specifically from Walmart. This deviation from my parents' experiences left me somewhat puzzled and disappointed. I didnt know that purchases from Walmart were a prerequisite for utilizing their services.
