My wife surprised me for Christmas with a Baja Designs light bar for my 2020 RAM 2500. I decided to call 4WP to see if they could install it on my truck. They were all super helpful, friendly, and more than happy to set me up with an appointment to install it.
A few days later (1/3/2023) I dropped off my truck at 9am to get the light bar installed. I was very particular how I wanted everything installed and how I wanted the factory Aux button to be used to turn on and off the light. About 11ish I got a phone call my truck was done.
They did an amazing job installing the light bar and doing all the electrical wiring. I was really impressed with my overall customer service experience and how professional my installation was. Kyle, Mitch, and I believe his name was John all helped me and were great! I will be back for future projects.

Tight clean showroom, looks like plenty of solutions available. Counter guy was cool, helpful and offered options. Unfortunately my quest for a specific kayak rack was not available.

Ordered parts was told 5-7 business days never received update until I called was told parts back ordered and would receive a call next day. No call so I am currently waiting on refund for parts was told 3 business we shall see horrible customer service
