        Worst customer service Ive ever seen in a store. The manager literally told 2 customers she was too busy to help anyone. The commercial phone line is all that appears to get any attention. Employees dont seem to know much about cars either. They all kind of wander around until the manager yells at them. Then she told an employee that she wasnt yelling, she was just being loud. She referred to another employee whose name she couldnt remember as little one. The manager dropped three f bombs and multiple other profane words while talking to an employee in front of a customer.

        Our van broke down on a road trip, we limped to the nearest autozone because we knew they did free diagnostics. All the staff were helpful and very friendly, but Sherrys advice literally saved us from a very costly repair!
