I feel for the price I paid, It was subpar. $200 for a car wash and they didn't even do the inside or do a very good job on the outside.

I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to go there and purchase a car from them, you will REGRET it. Terrible terrible dealership, you guys have wasted by time there, If I could give this 0 stars I would. My car broke down in the middle of the highway, I had my entire family in the car. This car is brand new its a Volkswagen 21, Ive been having A TON of problems since after 6 months of having the car. The first problem was the windows not working and the lights turning on I went to the dealership and they told me they were going to give me a another car to rent, payed the $50 deposit and they never returned my money back. When I went to the dealership to tell them about my car breaking down they were the utmost disrespectful, vile, inhumane people I have ever met, and the customer service was TERRIBLE. Not only the service manager kristi she was unprofessional with her job, I went to the dealership and had ignored me for the time Ive been there because of my race, Latino. The blatant racism, and the ignorance when I was talking about my problem about my car, she looked at me as if it did not matter to her, did not exist to her, and as if it wasnt her problem. To me I felt discriminated just because she was a white woman and I was a Latino. Not only was the manager just straight up rude, but their Service advisor, Patrick was also disrespectful and TERRIBLE service. You people are there to do their job, not be disrespectful despite what one might look like and talk like. This is one of the worst dealerships Ive ever been to in the past year Ive moved to Melbourne. I have also opened up a case with them and I have receipts to prove against them.
