Pentagon Garden Apartments

As a tenant of Pentagon Garden Apartments for close to 16 years. I have watched this community grow into a very well respected area to call home. Bob and his staff are exceptionally proactive in creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectable environment for the tenants. Expressing my opinions in regards to Bob, his staff, and my home at Pentagon Garden Apartments are just opinions. The main fact is you never invest in a place (16 years) you don't feel welcome. Pentagon Garden Apartments is where I call home. We the people (me and my family) , thank Bob and his staff for their service. Thank you

Customer service here is so unprofessional it's sad. There is a women sitting at a desk when you enter the office that acts like your crazy for wanting to come in and ask for an application. There was no greeting from her, she didnt say one word to us, she just sat there and looked at us like we were crazy. When I started to introduce myself and asked for an application for a unit she still acted so strange. The audacity of me trying to rent a place here.. how dare I

Bob and Danielle were amazing through the move in process. Wanted to leave a 5 star review from the beginning. It has been 4 months now and this place is amazing! Very quiet and quaint place! We are extremely happy here and maintenence staff is amazing! Grounds are maintained and kept up well. Love where you live❤

I ..been here same time as Bob Taylor. Thats aliite over 10 years. He works very hard for teanats.I stay for the value and we may have ups and downs .We can but that aside it is likr having family that you can count on.I appreciate Bob and staff.Also .our long term resident. D10 has your back and plans to ..for along time😍

Some apartments are very outdated, just expect for your payment to go up 50$ everytime you renew your lease for a year. Otherwise quiet building.i lived there for 3 years and do not think that they way they raise your rent is fair for the building,location,or area. Prices didn’t go up that much in Melbourne. That’s what you get for paying your rent on time
