The office staff are amazing. Neighbors are nice, and if you have a delivery to the wrong apt, they returned to yours or to the office. Pool is clean and nice deep enough for adults and safe for kids. Enough parking for everybody. Apt are normal, spacious y maintained.

Nice community that is close to everything...shopping, movies, entertainment, medical care, airport, etc. while being quietly tucked off the main roads.

One star for great response to maintenance issues, one star for lovely nature and scenery and amenities, one star for a mostly quiet neighborhood, and pretty fair prices. Things to know before you move in: 1. The office of this complex has had high turn over. 2. They took away our option to recycle without telling us any other option to recycle. Currently I have no way to recycle and that is half my trash. 3. These buildings are OLD. Leaks could happen and have. 4. High humidity, get a dehumidifier to help with moisture in the air to curb mold growth. 5. Walls are extremely thin, make sure youre ok with your neighbors, or youre going to be miserable. Make sure youre ok with hearing them pee if youre on the bottom floor. Get a fan for white noise. 6. Quality of people moving in over the years has went down. Expect people to be smoking weed next to the pool with children around. I dont even feel comfortable using it anymore. 7. On the east side of the building there is a company north of the building that blast their bass music so loud it comes through the entire place, almost everyday around 2. 8. Dog park needs some upgrades. 9. They had a notice go out to residents that if they need to enter your home to check for leaks and they cant get in they will call the police and youll have to pay for it. I found this a poor threatening way to choose to communicate. Hope this helps.
