Paul Stein Plumbing

We have been working with Paul Stine for years. We have been calling them weekly for four weeks to get an estimate on A new water heater each week they tell us itll be the next week, terrible customer service and responsiveness.

2 yrs ago we use Paul Stein Plumbing for a major repair and we had the same issue arise last night so we called and left a voicemail. This morning no call so my husband calls, they were VERY Rude and didnt want our business basically told us to go elsewhere! Weve had them for minor issues too over the 10 yrs weve been here. He called Roto-rooter and they were here within 2 hrs and got our problem fixed but it wasnt no piece of cake job but we will call them again! Not Paul Stein Plumbing!!

I only gave one star because there was no option to give a ZERO. Attendance -ZERO. Customer service-ZERO. Consideration for the client-ZERO. Sincerity-ZERO. Goodwill to resolve-ZERO. Appreciation for the business-ZERO. After innumerable frustrations with the horrible attendance and service of this firm, we called its manager( Mr. JOHN), only to be faced by the outmos verbal rudeness, impatience and ungreatfulness. They didn't deserve our preference and loyalty, nor do they deserve yours. For your sake: stay away from these guys!!!
