I asked them to come out to provide an estimate for the replacement of a hot water heater. They declined coming into my building and they said that they had done so many projects here there was no reason to make an in person. He gave me a ballpark price and said basically they charge time and material. Also stated they would put me in a waitlist and contact me when they can locate, a 50 pound capacity water heater. I was confused as to why a professional, plumbing company would not have access to such a thing. take cash or check only due to the fact that Im a new client.

WE have been customers for 20 years....so when it was time to buy a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal we went with Prouts because of the quality products they stock and work with. Cindy was very patient with us as we were changing our minds on the faucet type. She found the ONE that we had been searching for high and low for one month! In addition, Danny was fabulous with the removal, and new installation.
