        Im not sure what happened with this business, but the quality of service has truly diminished. For over five years we had dealt with Betsy Hanna as our agent who provided excellent service. The last several months we had a new agent William, not sure what happened to Betsy, but was informed she was not with the office any longer. The process of obtaining a new home owners / wind policy was to be handled by William. The process was neither smooth or in the end able to be completed. The lack of timely communication was not existent. Phone calls not returned when indicated or in the time frame we were told.
