Had renters insurance with them. When our house was finished and we moved in we used USAA because we were given a good quote and they are a major company. We then needed insurance for my father n law. My wife call Jim up and told them what we needed. He then asked my wife about our new house and asked who we used for insurance. She told him USAA. He then told my wife, in a nasty tone, he wasn't interested and call USAA and hung up on her

Jim was an agent of mine for 2 condos and a auto for several years. When I recently purchased a beachfront condo on the east coast of Florida, I was looking to insure it and due to the Surfside collapse I was doing a lot of research on different policies. Although I found Jim to be a capable agent, he lost his patience with me as I asked more questions about two different companies and aspects of their policies. In turn I lost my patience with him, reminded him that I was the customer, and transferred all of my policies to another firm.
