Beware: I booked through VRBO and it was confirmed instantly and partial payment was collected.
Three weeks later, I received an email from the actual property (Vtrips) saying I needed a 3nt minimum when VRBO had stated only 2nts were required.
The person who emailed with me from Vtrips was not flexible or accommodating. She just issued a refund and cancelled it.
I should've been accommodated for my 2nts since it stated that and confirmed the reservation. It's a bit ridiculous they emailed me so much later to change the rules.
We really wanted to stay there and it's unfortunate it ended like that without any exceptions to the miscommunication on their VRBO platform. They need to make this update immediately so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Stayed here with my family and the place was super clean and the people in the office were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Thomas was so sweet and all of them went out of there way to make the experience above and beyond what I had expected.

1. Beach access is ehh and I will leave it at that
2. The pool at facility is nice
3. Not much to do within walking distance
4. The pull out bed is HORRRRRRRRIFIC!!!!!!! WONT return based on this alone! Seriously - should get refund based on this but not worth the hassle. Its is a ONE Bed small place - not for more than 2 people - period!
5. There were several other small issues not worth going into - buyer beware.
PS - A/C not sufficient for unit and noisy - parking stinks at facility - really stinks - get there early or good luck!
If people would be Transparent and honest reviews may be better as St Pete is an AWSOME City - especially the downtown and City Pier area!

My husband & I enjoyed working with VTrips. They kept us informed on our trip & also let us know what to expect once we were at our place & the Hurricane came through. They are very professional & responsive to your needs. We would definitely use them again. Thanks for everything!
