Our unit was clean and fully stocked with everything needed for a week at the beach! Best of all, the unit was only steps to the ocean!

We so enjoyed our four night stay in this retro unit. It was just as described with a wonderful location and the kitchen had all we needed for a couple of simple meals. The host was very responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again in the near future! Thank you Doc! Noteworthy details: This location is close to food, groceries, parks and steps from the beach with NO road to cross!

Nice place just steps from the beach. Quiet, although next to the road. Room is a bit small, but it's clean and adequately stocked. Personally we spend time in a room just to shower and sleep, so it was fine for the 3 of us and would be perfect for just me and my husband. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use if you care to carry them to the beach (we did). Super nice feature as rentals on chairs can get pricey. He even has some beach toys and pool noodles for the kids to use. Located close to Johns Pass for a little shopping and some nice restaurants. Doc (owner) is by at least once a day to make sure you don't need anything, but is in no way intrusive. Talk to him if you want, don't if you don't want. Hes a very friendly guy and just wants you to have a great stay :) We will most definitely book here again!

This is the best place to stay when in Florida. Reasonable price, clean rooms, family and pet friendly, and the best part is it's right on the beach! Rooms: The rooms are always clean. Nearby activities: This condo is in a great location it's within walking/driving distance clothing shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Safety: This condo is located in a very nice neighborhood with low crime. I myself have never felt safer when on vacation than here. Walkability: Everything is well within walking distance Noteworthy details: The beach access is outside your door. And an outdoor shower when done.

Great spot. 45 steps to the beach. Doc is fantastic and very courteous and attention to detail is spot on. Clean and fresh rooms. I have stayed here 3 separate times this year and will be back for more. My absolute go to for when I need a beach break. Giselle is extremely helpful. At anytime that I've needed anything, it's been handled pleasantly and expediently as well. She goes above and beyond too I will be back.
