Ordered at the beginning of November. Couldn't get anyone to contact me back regarding my order never coming even I reached out after Christmas, so I was able to get a refund via Facebook! I wrote a fb review and was told yesterday (3 months later) that my order was reshipped....and lost in the mail! Both times the tracking info was lost! (Supposedly) I've said numerous times I'd rather my items than a refund (I do photography and these were apart of a set I was doing) to which I'm not able to get....really awful customer service! If you can't fulfill your orders, and provide tracking information (more so when shipping was more than my subtotal), I'd definitely not have that option! So many red flags for those wanting to purchase online!!

I just discovered this shop on Etsy and I ordered my toddler a custom pillow case. The shops communication is wonderful and worked will with me to make the perfect custom order, will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered 5 masks and immediately emailed customer service advising the sizes were different. Once I got home and tried them on, they did not fit. They were not full coverage as pictured upon purchasing and they were super tight on the face to where the elastic for the ears hurt, but the top was not staying on and the nose was exposed on top,which isn't good with the virus we are dealing with. When I emailed it takes a week to get a response, I have emailed twice in this last week and now I have yet to get a response back. I am grateful they made the masks, but not happy they do not fit when we need them during this time. I have asked for a refund or at least to make a different style so we can use but cant even get a response back from anyone. Disappointed in the customer service. I was looking forward to these masks.
