        Great quality for an outlet. A+ customer service. Solid selection. Only removing one star because every time I have them order my size they always deliver the wrong one. Past 3 times it's happened, customer support has been able to fix the issue, but it's annoying having it happen so many times.

        Brooks Brothers shipped me the wrong items. I tried to return them and they're charging me for their mess up. When they mess up it should be free returns. They have gone downhill.

      image Great quality for an outlet. A+ customer service. Solid selection. Only removing one star because every time I have them order my size they always deliver the wrong one. Past 3 times it's happened, customer support has been able to fix the issue, but it's annoying having it happen so many times.
