        Barely anybody working at noon on a Thursday... Nine people in line and nobody answering the phone. I wish I could say this was a one-time experience, but it's like this every time I try to use this branch location. The one in Winter Springs by Publix isn't any better. Must be a Chase Bank thing

        Although I can not review this branch as a regular customer I can describe my experience. I had a somewhat complicated request which involved communication with the main offices. I was very fortunate to work with Liz. She was kind, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to keep me posted on the progress. I am sure that it was because of her that I was able to get everything resolved.
