        Very disappointed. Making an elderly person in a wheelchair whom has Parkinsons wait for over an hour in the waiting room. And another hour going over information filled out on an iPad, was unacceptable. I understand places are shorted staffed, if you couldnt take my dad at the appointment I made a week before then just cancel it. Literally had my dad there two hours before we had to leave. My dad was hurting. We were told they only had one dr. The other one would get there at 1p. The office is not equipped for someone in a wheelchair. It is very narrow. The offices are small. We were acknowledged on the way out. My dad wanted to go home. Do better for elderly people whom have illness.
