The only reason why I give it 4 and not 5 stars is because I think they could improve the cleaning motto a lot and update many things, just look at the first machines in the hall to see all the dust and dirt accumulated in the corners on the floor; But we must emphasize that the service is very good and all the staff is very friendly.

Check-in was horrible, when I got admit it , ben take great care of me, super nice he gets 5* all of the nurses get super but at discharge time I wanted to talk to Dr. to see if I can get a few days to take care of some things about some health concerns. So the nurses said she will ask, she brought in, I guess the head nurse or doctor and she made me feel bad because of the way she presented my question back to me. In her own words saying they don't falsify documentation, which was never ask from any staff members. My question was if the doctor can allow me a few days off, which she should have as a professional responded with a yes or no not make assumptions.as if I was asking her to falsify documents . But other than that the overall visit wasn't too bad.

It has been an unpleasant experience every time I have gone, in emergencies there is very bad attention, there are never rooms and if there are they are not cleaned quickly so that they can move you, the service is fatal

After all my pain it was a good experience. Nurses and doctor were very kind and compassionate. The services was very fast. Doctor Ramos, paramedic and nurses, thank you from the bottom of my heart. ( the singer)
