Doctor Ruiz is a physician who stands out from most. He has the bedside manner that is of a time gone by. Many of the Doctors my wife and I have visited in recent times have an uncaring attitude. It's as if they can't get out of the room fast enough. Doctor Ruiz is in no hurry. He makes sure "all" your questions are answered before he moves on. I've been going to him for about 3 years now. I've never had to go back because something didn't get resolved. On the downside, many know him and his reputation so he's very busy. I guess that's what happens when you're as good as he is. He has my A1C lower than it's ever been. I had to have hernia surgery and he referred me to a Doc with his same attitude. Had a great outcome. I will never go elsewhere

The sign on the window says 830 to 530 urgent incominga care center. The sign on the door says hours of operation Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. And Friday's 9 am to 1 pm. Your information on the website says they open at 8 AM. You might want to update that.

I just want to said I like to complain a lot when you dont get a good service, but I also like like to complement when I get above and beyond customer service. All I want o said that I have a great experience with this office thanks to an employee who needs to be recognized and rewarded for the excellent customer service that she provides her name is Virginia. She no just resolve the problem give me a solution immediately what it took me three days for someone me to give me an answer but not resolve my problem, she send me my work order to my email. Save me time driving and gas since the answering service took three days to relay the message all I did it was just text her and she send me my paperwork in minutes. You need to recruit more people like her. If it wasnt for her I dont know what I will do. Great job Virginia and thank you for your support and Good customer service. Sincerely Raul Alva

BEWARE ! If you can find another Dr. in Lehigh/Ft. Myers PLEASE do so. The worst Treatment, Un-compassion & Disorganized staff I've ever dealt with. Never answers messages left on the voicemail, gives you an appointment & when you show up tells you you were a no show on another day (even though according to them, the person who made the appointment made the mistake & is no longer with them) still doesn't accommodate you . I had several test done & they never called be back to set a follow-up appointment, I had to keep calling & finally get an appointment after over a month later, took time off from work to go to my visit & was told to re schedule because my appointment was another date, even though they've called me the day prior to remind me & etc. Been waiting since April 2022 for a referralto a specialist which has never been received through I've made constant reminders to them to please send it. Once I called the office to tell them the a particular med that was prescribed I couldn't take because I am allergic to & it's on my file. Nurse Rolando told me that if everyone was to look into what their meds contain & it's side effects, they wouldn't take it & if I was so worried then I should take Tylenol! REALLY. This is just a tiny sample of the staff & things that go on in this office. Finally I stormed out of the office yesterday, without being able to see the Dr. & go over the results, no refills on my meds & the same bad/ unprofessional treatment. Here's the punchline... I was told by another office (clerk) staff that I was still a no show because today is Wednesday! I told her to check her calendar because today is Tuesday & my appointment is for Tuesday ! ( I'm writing this a day after ) I will be reporting this office & it's staff etc. to my insurance company this morning.
