        I would not trust this builder! After many attempts to get the sales lady to call us back to confirm our previously scheduled meeting, they decided to raise the base price of the home we were going to have them build. The day before our appointment to sign the sales contract they said, "by the way we raised the price of the house $75,000.00"! THAT'S INSANE! HOW DO YOU UNDER PRICE A HOUSE BY THAT MUCH INITIALLY! Needless to say they lost our business!
