Orlando Health Physician Associates

Today I was treated rudely and unfairly by the whole team at the front desk and the office manager. I was scheduled to be seen today and turned away even though the provider takes my insurance . I was told it was a conflict of interest but no other details. When I called to speak with the manager I explained how I was turned away and denied services and she offered to reschedule me. I drove 40 minutes I have been seen by this same group 6 months ago and there was no issue. The receptionist even confirmed my my insurance was acceptable but still claimed a conflict of interest. I wasnt given a reason or a reschedule date, just turned away. I then called another location and scheduled an appointment with them and they confirmed my interest and said that a conflict of interest was no something they have heard of and they will see me next week. This was the original location I went to but my provider changed so I went to the leesburg location to be seen and ran into this issue. When speaking with the manager she did not seem to care at all and did not give me an answer for the conflict of interest and why the receptionist turned me away. I was also given a false number when asking for the directors number. I have never been treated so poorly . I also have never heard such an response.
