      image Being charged for a surprise compulsory exam/consultation fee for boarding!!! Although I hve my own vet at bandfield with all my dog's records was given to them as proof! I am really pissed with Kayla, very bad attitude, no customer service ability! Just let me stand and wait for a long time!! Did not even greet me Will not come back here anymore! That was my last boarding at VCA

      image This place is very friendly . The place is super clean and they are also very professional. Dr. Willie is such a nice doctor. I went to 3 places before I came here. I know everyone is in business to make money of course but the other places that i visited were only about the money. This place wasn't just about the money.

      image From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and in a very clean and nice space. Everyone from the tech to Dr Willie to the office manager are amazing and kind and really care about you and your pet. Lola my dog also loved giving kisses to the staff
      Glad I picked this vet since moving to FL and cant say anything bad from my first couple visits
