They will tell you theres something surgically wrong with your pet so they can make more money. Its not about the healthcare of the animal its about the pocket of the provider

I am very frustrated with this particular Benfield. We did a DNA test for my puppy on 2/16/24 and a fecal test for hartworms. On 3/5/24 I called to check on worm test results and was told something happened with the sample and I need to bring a new one. Why noone called to let me know whats going on? On 3/6/24 I dropped off the new sample, waited for a week to get back the results. 3/14/24 I called to check on DNA test results was told its still pending, a new sample was send to a lab on 3/6/24 and I have to wait 3-4 weeks from that date. Why not 36 weeks? Btw we have done worm test on Benfield Plantation the results were ready in 10 minutes! Not coming back. Thank you

ZERO stars if the option was available.
My sisters 4 mo puppy passed away on Friday after weeks of being led in circles about his condition!!! Its due to their negligence that the puppy declined further each week. This company is truly despicable, they still expect payment for a wellness plan she had when they did NOTHING to keep this poor puppy well.
