The front office staff is excellent I am a new patient this office is super professional & courteous! They go out of the way to meet your needs. Best deep cleaning I ever had so happy Dr Marino is my new dentist. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience that was almost seamless thanks to Jenn and Jo! They were wonderful when explaining things to me and making me comfortable during my visit. The dogs are a cute addition to this dental office, along with amenities such as streaming services and music. This is a no nonsense dental office that delivers high quality care with the upmost professionalism

If I could rate it a 0 I would. The receptionist told me to get a specific insurance, I arrive to my appointment and another receptionist is saying they dont take the insurance, and they wasted an hour of my time. It was just like oh well, deal with. Would never recommend and they have random hours when they arent in office. Because I am unable to respond to your response I'll add it to my initial review. There was no misunderstanding. Your receptionist wrote out on a post it the exact insurance for me to get! I got it and came a couple weeks after and confirmed with the same receptionist that it was fine. So unprofessional, it's okay to make mistakes it happens, but correct it. Also putting my insurance as a potential patient on a google review that has my name is also unprofessional and violates hippa. I don't know how effective your work is, but my experience there yesterday was atrocious. It was an error on the staff and I wasted my time. To come on my review and try to say that i misunderstood when I have been working as a medical professional for over 15 years and understand simple instructions such as a HMO versus a PPO is ridiculous. Your receptionist clearly saw I had a PPO in the past so why would I get an HMO now if she didn't tell me that. Nonetheless the office visit and the response to my review is enough for me not to come back, I could understand if it was my fault but not the case. And it's easy to make people 5 star a review, you probably ask them to write it. This is what happens when you give a small business a chance.
