        I dont understand why theres only 2 tellers inside and the line is always 10 people or longer no matter the time of day. It would make everyones day if they would add more tellers. Im thinking about switching my bank because of the major inconvenience. Its really ridiculous. Right now its 9:28 and 15 people in line with 2 tellers. You do the math of how long that takes.

        I was very frustrated, but the branch manager by the name of Rene Gonzalez Jr, calmed me down, helped me, listened to my worries, was friendly and very professional.
