        Kim was my realtor I want to start by saying its sad that realtors arent like her anymore. The simple stuff she did is what made my process so easy and less stressful. She answered the phone right away which realtors dont seem to do, she was straightforward and to the point with things and ANYtime I reach out to her shes in contact almost immediately!

        Failed to follow their own contract. Failed to update MLS. Failed to respond to complaints. Was sent memes in response to requests.  Felt like I was dealing with children.
