Mary is exceptional to work with and I highly recommend her. She helped us sell our condo in a market that was just recovering. Mary did a great job balancing the realistic expectations of the market with what we were hoping to get for our place. She was with us every step of the way giving us regular updates and solid information. It would be hard to find someone with more integrity, honesty and drive to help her clients. I can't recommend her enough. If you are looking to buy a place or sell and you need a real estate agent, your search is over. Pick Mary and you won't look back.

Mary Blackburn is great! I found Mary online while searching real estate in Mexico Beach in 2007. We had visited this great little town once before and were planning to return in 2008. I could tell right away she was going to be great to work with. When we went through in March of 2008 we were only there a couple days and didn't end up contacting her. From the point of contact in 2007 she would send us an email every few months. She did that for 3 years! Finally we were ready to purchase and of course we knew who we would use. Mary scoured through the listings for us and we narrowed it down to 2 condos. Since we were not there, (we were still in Alaska) she went above and beyond to get us current pictures and specific information about this condo. We closed quickly and when we arrived a couple months later the condo was exactly what we expected and Mary in person was just as great! That wasn't the end to our relationship. During the next few years we have become friends and have such great respect for her as a realtor and a person. We just got to work with Mary again this last Winter as we sold our home in Alaska and were ready to buy a new home in Mexico Beach. We couldn't get into the fixer up house that we had been looking at on the Internet when we arrived so Mary showed us a beautiful move in ready home. We were still hooked on buying some sort of fixer up house and tried her best to find that for us. Well she new us better than we knew ourselves because the first house turned out to be the perfect home for us.. This purchase was a little trickier than normal, but Mary was able to keep the deal on track. Needless to say, we are super pleased again. We are looking forward to being her neighbor in this wonderful little slice of heaven beach town. It was a delight to work with Mary. She was always there to answer our questions and was very open to our suggestions. Our house sold in a week! Need I say more? Thank you Mary.
