I visited with this office recently to get a quote for my condo and my car. Richard and Hunter efficiently executed the quotes for both items. This resulted in a significant savings over my current policies, so I authorized them to make the changes necessary to go with Allstate.

As a dealer for 14+ YEARS I have a high volume in experience with insurance companies from all over. I have literally never dealt with such an unprofessional office staff in my life. I was trying my best to help my customer get new insurance coverage for his new vehicle he purchased. My customer was so happy and excited all the way up to the point of contacting this office for insurance. They treated us so poorly that my customer was in tears on my desk with the frustration we both experienced. They do not deserve any business in this place and its so sad that this office and staff are giving such a quality insurance company like "Allstate" such a BAD NAME! You will not have our business and will not be insuring any of our vehicles ever in the future. i will not put another customer through what we just went through trying to get insured with Dean Allstate . Very unprofessional and rude. I was hung up on several times after paying the initial down payment I was unable to get proper documentation as to the vehicle being insured and they would deliberately not answer the phone to help us at all, They would answer and hang up as soon as we said hello. One agent even hung up the phone on me while I was simply listing us as lien holder as I was requesting. The charge was over what they quoted us and as we tried to contact them back with questions they would hang up. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY CAREER WITH THIS OFFICE!!!!
