Nik and his team do exceptional work. From landscaping to helping pick out the best grass, plants, and trees for our property, which has a lot of shade and weve had trouble with certain grasses, we relied on his expertise and werent disappointed. From a new tree line by our fence, repair of existing irrigation system, and sod recommendations, we were able to significantly upgrade our front and back yard, and even given todays prices and lead times, managed to come in under budget. Highly recommended for any groundskeeping or property makeovers. Already in talks of our next project. Professional, courteous, and prompt. A+ team.

I find Mowtivated to be very responsive. I have used them for exterior lighting at my personal home but more importantly for several projects for my HOA. My HOA has a seriously neglected irrigation which is very complex. We have had serious leaking issues, pump issues and no plans for the irrigation system. Mowtivated has worked tirelessly to correct these irrigation issues. In impressed by their dedication, candid honesty and commitment to making the necessary repairs.. At another HOA they just completed the cutting back of a significant preserve area that was out of control as it was not maintained over the past 20 years.. Mowtivated has the correct equipment and knowledge to do the job. They came highly recommended and my experience of working with them will build a lasting relationship for our communities.
