(Please take into consideration - I believe some or maybe all of the negative reviews posted below are for a different Emerald Landscaping Company, not Melanie's. There are two operating in our county.) Melanie is reliable, fair, quick and has an extraordinarily amount of knowledge on all things landscape. What sets her apart from other companies is her solid set of values. We had a pressure washing company destroy our landscape around our home. She knew the company wasn't going to reimburse us for the additional costs, so she went ahead and never charged us labor and gave us the cheapest bid possible so we wouldn't be out money. We were blown away at her generosity. Her team was thorough and quick and even gave us some additional lawn care advice. 10/10

When they did my yard they often didn't show.  I thin because I kept my cell number from out of state they assumed I was a snow bird.  After months of poor service I called them on it, a few days later they gave me very short notice that they would no longer be doing my lawn because I wasn't convenient to where their other clients where. Thought the owner was rude.
