Mark Goodson is the name of the loan officer who services us. Not only did he lie to us multiple times. But by following his directive my wife and I have been taken for a ride by his awful advice on our financial situation. He never gives clear answers. He is only worried about lining his pockets with closing costs added on with multiple closings when it's not necessary. Stay away from this company if you don't want to in closing for a long time.

Regina Stearns and the whole team at American Liberty Mortgage did an excellent job in helping me and my wife purchase our home. She is highly skilled, very positive and friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend her!

I poured my heart out on a fb group about needing a home for my dying father to move in and not having money to do it. Someone tagged Regina Stearns and she agreed to work with us. MAY 25 she convinced me she would help us through this delicate situation. I filled out the application and gave permission to run credit. Didnt hear for a while, she offered a phone call to "start things" 10 days later, asking if she can pull our credit. Never called. Couple weeks later still nothing. Here we are July and I couldn't tell you what was accomplished. It saddens me that in such a vulnerable time, as a new home owner needing guidance that she offered, that she ignored us. Update 8/4. Got an email to log in and upload my info to start the loan process. Then I let her know to not contact me as I was unhappy. Then got an email that says to disregard that email. Sarcastically saying super customer service....
