If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would but unfortunately I have to leave 1. I honestly wouldn't recommend magic jewelers to anyone, they will get over on you every chance they get. I got a ring from them that gets caught to everything & when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! N every time It got caught to something it would bend so... I went to the store and asked if they could fix it so that it wouldn't bend or get caught anymore, they stated 'no" because that's the way the ring came now here I am 3 months after my purchase & the ring is broken. I also have a chain that I got from them that snap every time I wear it they fixed it 3 times already & the last time they fixed it the chain snapped the next day.

I just received my xoxo name plate in December around Christmas time and my plate wasn't laying right so they had to make some adjustments to it. It's 3 months later and my name plate literally just broke in half just from me taking it out of the box. I spent almost 2 grand on this xoxo name plate. I shouldn't be having these problems. Please don't buy any jewelry from them. I refuse to take my necklace back there just for them to do a crappy job at repairing it. I definitely regret purchasing anything from this place.
