Carol is always happy to see you..even if it has been awhile. Marshalls has always been a go to place for that special gift...I remember Mrs. Hazel as a child...and the same helpful attitude continues with Carol. Thanks for your help.

I brought in a 14-karat yellow gold ring with black onyx that I had found on a beach when I was young. When we found it, it had a noticeable inward dent that I felt significantly devalued the ring, and while it didn't prevent me from wearing it, it made it very uncomfortable to do so. Having recently rediscovered the ring in my dad's old briefcase, I immediately sought a local jewelry repair shop and settled on Marshall Jewelers. I spoke with the lovely Miss Carol, who verified that the ring was, in fact, gold and that the stone was onyx, as well as confirming that the stone had been chipped and cracked slightly. After some brief conversation, I left the ring in her care and hoped for the best. After not even one day, I received more than I could have asked for. Not only was the ring restored as if there was never any dent, but Miss Carol and the repair team had also polished the ring. It looks so much shinier than before! And both the dent repair and the polishing cost me less than what we had initially discussed. For the quality, cost, and timeliness of the service, as well as the friendliness and genuine joy Miss Carol radiates, I give Marshall Jewelers a well-deserved 5-star review and endorse their services with gladness.

This is the only jewelry store in town I trust to repair my jewelry and restring my pearls. To say they make you feel like family is an understatement. I had my wedding band custom made here and have purchased countless pieces of jewelry, gifts and send everyone I know there. Anyone that says differently is someone looking for free work and is a typical Karen. Every necklace and bracelet Ive had restrung has been done impeccably and I dont know any other jewelers around that even offer this service. Ive been going to Marshalls since I was a kid and have only nice things to say about the family owned establishment. They effectively communicate if there is ever an issue and do all they can to help you with your jewelry and gift needs. If you have pearls, beads or silver that needs to be restrung or cleaned, they are the go-to place in town. If you want a personal experience where you are sure to find something you love, head to Marshalls.

Avoid this incompetent, so called jeweler. I should have trusted my gut when I walked in and saw they were more of a china / gift shop rather than a true jewelry store. I brought in a number of items to be repaired as well as 4 rather expensive watches needing only battery replacement. They utterly ruined a cherished necklace from a deceased friend, broke 2 of my watches that only needed new batteries, and didn't even bother tightening the clasp on a bracelet. I'm heartbroken and in tears at the damage done to my necklace, not to mention how much it's going to cost me to have these watches fixed. Shame on them! In response to your reply regarding the necklace that you totally ruined, you cut out the metal chain and restrung the beads with ugly white thread without even informing me of your intention to do so. I never would have agreed to this. While we are at it, let's address the fact the beads aren't spaced properly or evenly. There are also knots where there shouldn't be as well. Complete amateur job! Again, shame on you and trust me, I was generous with my initial review.
