The aide removed my mom from our home and it took me day to find out where she was. Im still waiting for a supervisor to give me a call regarding the situation.

Looking over the past review this company needs to make some changes in the way they handle customers. The experience my dad has had since Thursday has not been good at all. They are in no hurry to send out an nurse to aid. Do to no help my dad had to call 911 instead . N I will be contacting the social worker who assigns Utopia health care and let them know how disappointed we are with this services.

Had this company caring for my brother he had to go back into the hospital and was to be released when Utopia canceled his care saying his care was to complicated for them to handle. So I must ask myself if your providing a Registered Nurse who should have the knowledge to provide the care he needs.. Then exactly what care can you give????? Wish I knew how to give less than one star as Utopia doesn't deserve even 1. Pray you don't get sick and need care.

SOMEONE WROTE A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR HOW MUCH DID THEY PAY YOU? Anyways So not true a total waste of time with a day of orientation and a skills day as they put it. Lack of communication at its finest. I have yet to be paid for orientation and definitely not going to be picking up any clients at this time this company is definitely not a good fit for people wanting to work in my case glad I work already with other Great companies. And if you are a new in healthcare they can tell you anything and you may believe it, Im so Glad to be trained and seasoned in healthcare to know this company is a waste of time and office staff is useless, Communication is not there strong point at all. And its not one higher up thats available to speak to, But the receptionist she Carries messages well when they dont want to deal with field staff. I requested to be made inactive IMMEDIATELY.
