My family used Baycare Home Health 3 times over the past 7-8 years. Each time Baycare was exceptional in their care. My mother was 100 yrs old and was hearing & visually impaired. She got Covid in Aug and just couldn't get her body back to normal and passed away at Good Shepherd Hospice in Lakeland 10/19/2023. She only weighed 90 lbs. Baycare Home Health helped us initally in Aug & Sept. All the staff was so wonderful, kind, compassionate and gave her the best care any family could have asked for. Covid just wasted her body away and she could not come back. We thank all your staff for their great care. Martha Lamorey & Family

DO NOT USE BAYCARE. Incompetent nursing staff from the top down. By far, the most unsure & untrained nurses Ive encountered in my home. Ive raised my concerns to management; NO REPLY. My PICC line has 9CM out after they keep changing my dressing and accidentally pulling out more line. They havent successfully done a single wound care visit that I havent had to have my doctor redo in office. Why is my insurance paying for 3rd world country care here in my home? Not to worry: my insurance is currently reassigning my case to a new home healthcare provider. You just have to call your nursing care/case worker at your insurance company to make the change. I do not feel safe with BayCare treating me.
