        Since when does the agency have their own people do reviews on their own company??? Ken talks the talk but cannot deliver the care. The staff is not held accountable for their jobs, they show up when they want and where they want! I do not recommend them at all. Over charged to the highest amount even when they have no way of showing whether the staff show up or not. Go with another home care agency.
