Three times they have scheduled pick up of the CPAP equipment even though they have been given the new insurance information and say they will rectify the issue. They have not. They also received all but one payment from my previous insurance, would not give me the pay off amounts and advised they will start over on the entire cost of the equipment. The equipment would have been owned by me at that point but they fraudulently charge the new insurance that took effect 1/1/24. The customer service representative dealing with this is an incredible rude and ineffective Filipina woman whos English is not the best (or so it appears). They can come get the equipment.

I get all my dreams oxygen supplies from apria. I've been doing budiness with them first with my husband 20 yrs ago n now me. My pulminolgist got a cpap through another company which I'm not happy with n want apria. They are good people. Like family

Apria is a new provider for my CPAP supplies that is covered by my insurance. I had to get set up and established with them which was an easy process and they sent all of my supplies in a timely manner and had me set up on a three month cycle of getting new supplies automatically so I will no longer go without having new supplies for my machine. I highly recommend them.
