        if i could give them no stars i would they dont stand behind there products we spent almost 10,000 in furniture and the couch we bought the frame broke we have the warranty and its obvious it is a manufacture defect and they will not fix it we dont even want a new one just it fixed

        Amazing experience at Badcock today in Lakeland. After leaving City Furniture and Ashley due to their used car sales approach I went to Badcock and Cathy greeted us at the door let us know shed be there if we had any questions at all. And then left us to shop. I love to shop and talk with my friends about my day and the furniture our kids and the ugly things and the beautiful ones Id like in my house. I dont feel free doing that when a salesman is stuck to me trying to show me what I dont want or care about. Its like being stalked. Badcock in Lakeland has the best approach!! Cathy came over when we asked for her by name. Answered our questions then left us to talk and wander more. I bought a brand new couch today because I could relax and decide in my own time. Thank u for making me feel at home!!
