Sleep Number

After you purchase your product from the store and they take your money they can not help you at the store. You have to call customer service and wait on hold for items they cold called you from the store to buy and you never received. Manager is rude and refuses to give you her managers info. Does not care about her customers

Salesman ordered wrong height chair (Bar). I have talked to 3 different people, have been on hold for over 1hour, and still waiting for a call back. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I visited the Lakeland Sleep Number store today and worked with Dylan who was a wealth of knowledge and was a very personable and friendly representative. He took the time to answer every question I had in detail and made my experience a very good one. Im looking forward to the delivery of my new Sleep Number bed! Dylan, Thank you my friend!

Not worth the money !!! Horrible customer service and expensive to do house calls,6k for a bed ! You should get at least 3 yrs warranty!!!

Do not recommend. Short version: Beds not impressive, sales person rude. We were really not impressed by any of the beds, especially given their price point. We tried a couple, and I pointed out that I could not feel much of a difference when the saleswoman changed the number. Even though the saleswoman tried to force an immediate sale, I asked to try a third bed. Then she said to my husband does she ever make you want to kill her, too? And laughed. I know she was joking but that is definitely not an appropriate thing to say to a customer. We had only been there maybe 10 minutes, and this is an expensive purchase that will be with you for years, so I think it was fair for me to want to try a third bed. Needless to say, given the rude salesperson and the lackluster beds, we headed over to MattressFirm and bought a bed there instead.
