American Pediatric Dental Group - Lake Worth

My son went for his dental appointment which was great. The front desk, dental assistant & especially the dentist amazing. They are very friendly, professional, kind & patient with the kids. Facility is very organized & clean. Great visit. I do recommend them for your dental visits for your kids. If I could I would give them 10 stars .!

The actual dental hygienists and dentists are amazing and deserve 5 stars! HOWEVER I have had so many scheduling issues!! A few months ago I needed to reschedule my kids dental cleaning and was calling for almost three weeks straight as well as leaving them voicemails with no answers. Went online to be contacted, no answer again. Finally I was able to go to the actual office and have the appointment taken care of because I went IN PERSON! Fast forward to today, my kids have an appointment on Monday and they call me to confirm in the middle of the day while I am at work (11:30am) I get to the voice Mail at 1:40 and hear that my kids appointment for MONDAY is to be canceled because I didnt answer to confirm, I call them TWICE to ask them to please not cancel and to confirm for Monday and of course no answer again even though they are quite literally sitting infront of the phone!! Needless to say save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to take your kiddos. It is so frustrating to take off from work & schedule your kids 6months in advance on a day when theyre off so they dont miss school only to have your appointment canceled. Beyond over this place and totally changing them asap!
