This place is very disorganized and customer service is very bad, I called them to confirm my appointment that I had made 5 months ago, but I called them 3 days before the date of the appointment and a lady called me back and told me that all is well that there was no problem "you're all set", well, when I get to the place the offices are closed, nobody called me to inform me if the appointment was transferred to another office or if it was canceled; I understand that due to this situation due to Covid-19 everything is very disorganized and for that reason I called in advance to confirm the appointment, on the other hand nobody answers the calls in any office or Lake Worth, Boynton Beach
