Lake Worth Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Popper is the best Pediatric Dentist ever. We visit him in both Boca and Lake Worth office. My daughter puts all her trust in him when she has a wiggly teeth more than me. Glenda in the Lake Worth office is very professional and sweet. Always have a smile and always have cool conversations with us and makes me laugh so hard. Love the staff here and love the Doctor. Bring all your babies here. Thanks a lot to Dr. Popper Team.

My son loves this dentist office because they are so patient with the kids and they make them feel comfortable to get their teeth done and he also loves to play the game in the waiting room

This is the worst dentist and he has the worst bedside manner with kids. He has no patience at all he yells at them and makes them feel horrible. My daughter went there to get a cavity filled and he was so nasty that she would not let him touch her or put the mask on her face .she cried and cried and he got upset because she was crying. I got really mad and left .about 2 mo ths later I get the information from the insurance company that he billed them and got paid for using laughing gas on my daughter. When he never even touched her.i turned him in for fraud and I reported him to the state. He is the worst dentist to deal with kids. He should not even be practicing anymore.if you want an amazing dentist for your child go to kidzvil. She is the best with children.

Love this place. Its clean and very close to my home which is a plus. Love most of the staff members. Theyre very polite, friendly, and welcoming to children. All except for ONE! I need to find out what her name is. Shes a front desk staff member that I cant stand. Shes usually the one who answers the phone when you call. There are other women that work the front desk as well that are just fine except for her. She has the worst attitude when you call. She makes slick remarks on the phone and in person with you. Even the way she sits on her chair is unprofessional like shes so secure in her job. You can see her entitlement. I dont appreciate her rude tone and unnecessary comments when speaking to me on the phone or in person. They need to train her on common courtesy and customer service because she sucks at it. Once I find out what her name is I will post it to warn others to open their eyes. Im sure Im not the only one who notices her horrible attitude. Especially those who have to work with her. I feel bad for them. Updated: From a 2 star to a 5. They got rid of the rude receptionist and their business has been nothing but great since. Dr. Popper is easy to talk to but can be a little impatient at times. It tends to feel rushed. But he is available after hours which is great, and the front desk staff are nice. Good dentist office.
