STAY AWAY!This woman works out of her house and is so flaky, that "the day of" my hair appointment, a few hours before it was scheduled, she texted me with the mere words: "something has come up".

I absolutely LOVE my hair now that Caroline is doing it!!!! I get compliments daily. She has nailed my color!!!! She's super friendly and easy to talk to. She genuinely cares and does a GREAT job!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Caroline is a color artist master ... Extremely experienced and knows what she's doing. She turned my grown out ombre into a beautiful angelic bayalage. She is a very sweet and awesome person. Listened to what I wanted. I recommend her to anyone who is seeking a color job executed perfectly. Amazing! 5/5

Caroline is not considerate of other people's time and wasted several hours of mine. She shows up a half hour late to find she is double booked therefore only able to consult for me when I had verified she would have the time for cut and highlights. She's coloring another client's hair while talking to me about mine and says she doesn't think she can achieve my desired results.  A balayage face frame and root smudge on a natural blonde asking to be brighter. Maybe because I said my goal is to do it only every few months. After the text about being late, finding another client in the only chair at my appt, and taking a good look at the condition of Caroline's hair and the hair on her client; I was only disappointed that I didn't book one of the other options available to me today.
