Apparently the young lady whos stationed in the last seat on the right has an issue with customers using the small garbage bin in the center of the salon. Its 4:30pm, and because she just took out the garbage she keeps asking who used the garbage can. The only people in there are her, another stylist assisting me (customer) and my child. I threw away a coffee cup. So, because she kept making a fuss, I literally took the coffee cup out and went outside the salon and discarded it in the garbage can outside. When I say fuss, I mean this young lady kept repeating it over and over! Theres no sign in the salon next to the little bin stating customers cant use it and also, there are no other bins in sight to use. So, dear management, if we are not allowed to use these bins please put a sign. And if it is such a hassle to possibly empty the trash again before the end of your employees shifts, considering the salon hours are until 7pm, I dont think I will be returning because your employee (the young African American lady in the final seat on the right side of the salon as you walk in) gives the sense that we are not welcome there and discarding an empty cup causes her immense stress and extra work. She did not say it was ok, she did not try to stop me from getting the cup and throwing it away outside, she just made us feel as if we were wrong to use the garbage bin at all. What is this type of behavior? Or is this how your company policies are? Mt stylist was wonderful and listened to my instructions however the other girl has a very nasty personality for no reason.
