If I could give it 0 stars I would I went in and asked for a medium ice coffee a chorizo and egg wrap the lady seem confused and repeated that I want a chorizo and egg wrap I said yes she put down on the receipt a sausage egg and cheese i was wondering why it came out so cheap and when I explained to the lady that isnt what I asked for she got mad at me making it my fault that she repeated my order and what she said was correct but what she put down wasnt I asked may I just pay the difference and she said no making me the problem because shes to prideful and wouldnt take accountability of taking my order wrong I did not mind paying more to fix it but the attitude was just disgusting and rude and on top of that the coffee tasted like milk. I asked for a refund because that service was just awful and said no to wait for the manager tomorrow. I just took the food and left but Im returning for my money Im not touching that coffee or the sausage cheese because thats. Ridiculous to be rude and give attitude when she got the order wrong and I tried to compromise but she said nope I have to pay for another one. Never coming to this Dunkin this place is nasty and rude !!!
