        I would not recommend, rude, racist and they discriminate against single people. They discriminate based on you being single even if you qualify fully. The staff is very rude. All they want is application fees. Highly wouldn't recommend this company to rent from or to rent your home. They do not care about being a liability. Rudest company ever.

        I have rented with Mr. Dapore for several years. I have never had issues that I could complain about. He is professional and respectful. Any time I have asked for service to be done, he always responds quickly and gets someone out ASAP. He respects privacy and communicates well. I have no complaints and have recommended his company to several of my friends. Not sure why people have negative comments.. they are most likely not the best tenants to have in the first place. just my opinion. I treat his property as if I were the one who owns it. Respect goes both ways. Some people need to learn that.

        Just a friendly advice to anyone thinking about doing any kind of business with Dapore Realty, I would not recommend by all means but if you insist do a diligent detailed and documented move-in professional inspection and as well a move-out , otherwise say bye-bye for your security deposit, if you don't take my advice you will regret. You are welcome

      There is no basis to your accusations, it seems you were upset that we were showing the same property to somebody else at the same time, which you claim is unethical, but is not. Also, we did NOT take any application money from you, so again, the claim that we are only out to take peoples application fee money is also false. I am sorry your expectations were not met, but our job is to allow as much access to a property for potential tenants, which means we show the same property to multiple interested prospective tenants on a daily basis. From those showings, anyone interested in encouraged to apply, knowing there may be multiple parties who may apply. We do not make anything from the app fees as the cost simply covers our cost to pull credit, background, etc. From there, the owner decides which applicants are in their best interest for their property. Lastly, we rent to single people all the time as I tried to explain to you before you hung up and wrote this review. Another accusation that is simply not true.

      The reason the security deposit was forfeited was not due to move in or move out inspection, but due to vacating without fulfilling the lease term. The lease clearly states that security deposit is forfeited when you fail to complete the lease term. In addition, the owner could have charged you for the losses he incurred, but choose not to, he was more than fair in how you were treatedDisappointing
