        Got there at 10am to buy a gift certificate. Open sign was lit, door was locked and I waited 10 minutes. It was a cold, windy day, so I went somewhere else to spend my $150.

      Sorry you had a bad experience. For the safety of our clients and staff if no one else is in the shop at the time and we are providing service in our private facial room we will lock the front door. Glad you were able to find another provider for your $150.
