We went for pedicures. We were asked if we wanted something to drink and told them twice what we wanted, but never got it. My big toe (pic) was cut really bad and bled for a couple of minutes. Still charged full price for this experience. I definitely do not recommend nor will I be back.

Let me preface by first saying, I am SUPER picky about having someone do my nails (mani and pedi). My previous nail tech was awesome but, went MIA from my previous location in Lake Mary. I went to a couple of different locations in an attempted to find another tech. I was sadly disappointed on the lack of craftsmanship from the previous alternate techs. I decided to try TOP Nails by chance in hopes of discovering a good tech. All I can say is WOW! Found an awesome nail tech. Jasmine is so incredibly detailed oriented! She did an absolutely amazing job. I appreciate the time she took to ensure everything was perfectly to my liking. In addition, you get a shoulder rub at the end. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. You've earned a lifetime customer.
